ABOUT DOLLHOUSE-DEAL
We are obsessed with pretty things.
Exclusively targeted at the young ladies, we bring you clothes and accessories collections with one-of-a kind design and also fabulous vintage finds.
PURCHASING
Order
Leave a comment with the suggested ordering format(All comments will be screened to protect the customers information).
All buyers are given 2 working days to complete the payment of their orders. Once payment has been made, drop us an email with the transaction reference.
A confirmation comment/ email will be sent to the customer once the customer has completed order and transaction.
All items are from a very trustable supplier, we pride ourselves in finding the best goods and quality to our customers.
Payment Details
Payment can be made to POSB accounts through electronic transfer (ATM or iBanking).
If customers chose to meet-up for collection of items, payment should be made before hand.
ALl prices are fixed, no haggling or trading. (Don't frown, we will throw in additional freebies occasionally) =)
Delivery
Please add an additional $2.24 to register your mail.
Please allow up to 3 working days for items to be sent out.
We only ship locally currently.
Meetups is at the seller's preference.
No refunds are entertained - we would have checked the item thoroughly for you before mailing.
We will email the customers of the item availability and will re-confirm his/her address before mailing out the item.
We will not be held responsible for any lost mails pertaining to normal mail postage but we will try our best to track it down for you. (Registered mail is highly recommended)
Terms and Conditions
Please make payment within 2 working days upon placing oder.
Goods sold are not refundable nor exchangeable.
Item availability of stock that are left with only one piece will be given to the customer who orders and pays first.
Please ask all questions and clarify all doubts before purchasing items to prevent discrepancies.
Although Dollhouse-deal is a newly established online shop, we do take pride in our work.
We will try to serve at the customer's best interest,

Occasionally, we retail some of our products, such as clearance items to those on the mailing list only.
Why Dollhouse only carries limited quantity for each item?
To ensure the uniqueness of each item!
All items are merchandised in such a way that you will rarely see the exact items at another place.
You certaninly wouldn't want to see yourself wearing the same clothes as others, would you? =P
